1970 SUBARU 360 MICROCARS --
We have
for sale two (2) nifty little SUBARU 360 SEDANS. These great
little micro-cars are as fun to drive as they are to look at!
Both are very low-mileage examples (17,000 miles each) with
fresh paint, new tires and all the charm and character you can
imagine! The Subaru (originally pronounced SuBARu) was produced
by Fuji Heavy Industries beginning in 1958 as the Japanese
version of a "people's-car" as the original VW Beetle was in
Germany in the late-'30s. These cars feature a frugal, yet
efficient 2-cylinder, 2-cycle, air-cooled rear-engine,
rear-wheel-drive platform that runs a respectable 60
miles-per-hour while sipping gas at 66-miles-per-gallon.
Affectionately known in various circles as the "Japanese Beetle"
or the "Ladybug" due to it's diminuitive stance
and fun-loving attitude, these cars are still popular today,
though few exist in the United States. MAlcom Bricklin imported
these cuties into the USA in 1968, 1969 and 1970. It's believed
only some 5000 made their way into the United States and few

the dealer's private collection until we acquired it 2-years
ago. We've freshened the paint, carpeted the interior, re-built
