1965 AMC RAMBLER AMERICAN 440H    $13,900

In the mid-1960s the rush was on to enter cars into the marketplace to compete with the new and wildly-successful Ford Mustang, which spawned the creation of a whole new genre of car known as the ‘pony-cars’.  AMC was no slouch at building cars of this platform size and it was an easy process to upgrade their base, small American to fit the bill.  This 1965 AMC Ramble American is adorned with their top-of-the line ‘pony-car’ trim including the deluxe 2-tone paint scheme in RARE MONTEGO-ROSE/ONYX-BLACK with deluxe black bucket seat interior with console-mounted automatic transmission shifter.  This car also features power steering and power brakes.  Motivation is derived from the torquey and durable 232 cid ‘Tri-Poised Power’ engine with 2-bbl. carburetor.

This is one sweet little ride with plenty of pep and great handling characteristics and lots of sportiness and eye-appeal.  You’ll likely be the only one in town at the local car shows and cruise nights with one of these!  Call us today for a test drive…YOU WILL ENJOY THIS CAR!
